Termite damage is rarely covered by insurance, and by the time you see it, it’s usually extensive. We inspect using non-invasive tools, eliminate active colonies and install long-term protection that complies with the Australian Standard AS 3660.
What’s included
- Visual and non-invasive inspection of the home, sub-floor, roof void and garden
- Moisture meter and thermal imaging to find hidden activity
- Detailed written report with photos and recommendations
- Colony elimination by baiting or dusting
- Chemical soil treated zones and/or in-ground monitoring and baiting systems
- Durable notice in the meter box as per AS 3660
How it works
- 1
Inspection takes around 1–2 hours for an average home
- 2
You receive a written report with findings and options
- 3
If activity is found, we eliminate the colony first
- 4
Then install long-term protection and schedule re-inspections
Pests we commonly treat
Before your appointment
- Let us know about children, pets, pregnancy, asthma or allergies in the home
- Make sure we can access the roof void manhole, sub-floor and the yard
- Clear benches and under-sink cupboards and put food away
- Avoid using store-bought sprays in the week before — they interfere with baits
