How it works

From first call to pest-free

  1. 1

    Tell us what’s happening

Use the online quote form or call. We’ll ask what you’re seeing and where, so the right technician arrives with the right products.

  2. 2

    Inspect & identify

We find where pests are living and getting in, identify the species, and explain the plan and price before starting.

  3. 3

    Targeted treatment

Products go where pests live — cracks, voids, nests and entry points — not sprayed across your living areas.

  4. 4

    Protect & follow up

Written report, prevention advice and a service warranty. If they come back within the warranty, so do we.

Melbourne pest calendar

What’s active right now?

Pest pressure in Melbourne changes with the seasons. Here’s what to watch for — this season is highlighted.

Winter

Jun – Aug
Now

Peak season for rodents inside homes. Heated, closed-up houses suit silverfish and clothes moths. A good time for a termite inspection before spring.

Signs of termites to check today

  • Mud “leads” or shelter tubes running up stumps, slab edges, piers or brickwork
  • Skirting boards, door frames or floorboards that sound hollow or feel soft when pressed
  • Bubbling or blistered paint, and wallpaper that looks wavy
  • Doors and windows that suddenly jam or stick
  • Small piles of discarded wings near windowsills after a warm, humid evening

Found something? Don’t spray or disturb it — call us first.

Termite protection

Termite damage usually isn’t covered by insurance.

Subterranean termites are active across Melbourne and can hollow out structural timber for years before you notice. Australian Standard AS 3660.2 recommends a timber pest inspection at least every 12 months.

FAQ

Questions we get asked every day

Can’t see your question? Call us — we’re happy to help, even if you just need advice.

0485 511 588
Are your treatments safe for children and pets?

We choose the least-toxic effective product for each job and place it where pests live — cracks, crevices, voids and the exterior — rather than broadly spraying living areas. Tell us about children, pets, pregnancy, asthma or allergies when you book and we’ll tailor the treatment. Most general treatments only require you to stay out of treated areas until they’re dry, usually 2–4 hours.

Do I need to leave the house during treatment?

For a standard internal treatment, we ask that people and pets stay out of treated rooms until surfaces are dry, typically 2–4 hours. Fish tanks should be covered and their pumps switched off. Exterior-only treatments usually don’t require you to leave.

How should I prepare for a pest treatment?

Clear benches and the floor under sinks, put food and utensils away, vacuum the floors (essential for fleas), and make sure we can get into the roof void and sub-floor manhole. For cockroaches and ants, avoid spraying store-bought products in the week before — it makes our baits less effective.

How often should I get a termite inspection?

The Australian Standard AS 3660.2 recommends a timber pest inspection at least every 12 months, and more often in high-risk areas. Annual inspections are the cheapest way to catch activity before it becomes expensive structural damage — which is usually not covered by home insurance.

Do your treatments come with a warranty?

Yes. Treatments carry a warranty on the pests treated — the length depends on the package and pest. If they come back within the warranty period, we come back at no charge, as long as the property hasn’t been changed in a way that affects the treatment.

Do you offer end-of-lease flea treatments?

Yes. We can usually book you in quickly, work around your cleaners and give you a tax invoice/receipt to show your property manager.

Are your prices GST inclusive?

Yes. Every price on this website includes GST. “From” prices are for a single-storey property with normal access; your written quote confirms the final price before any work begins.

What affects the price of a pest treatment?

The size of the property, number of storeys, access to the roof void and sub-floor, the pests involved and how established they are. German cockroach and bed bug jobs usually need a follow-up visit, which is included in those packages.

Do you service businesses after hours?

Yes. Restaurants, cafés, offices and warehouses can be serviced early morning, after close or on weekends so customers and staff aren’t disrupted.
