Before your appointment
- Let us know about children, pets, pregnancy, asthma or allergies in the home
- Make sure we can access the roof void manhole, sub-floor and the yard
- Clear benches and under-sink cupboards and put food away
- Avoid using store-bought sprays in the week before — they interfere with baits
